Is breakfast part of the package?

No. We do not include breakfast; however, we provide breakfast at special rates (10% discount) at VERDESALVIA, conveniently located at the base of the steps leading to the apartment.

Is parking accessible?

Yes. There is plenty of parking available in Piazza Sant'Ambrogio, just a short walk from Piazza Ducale. Additionally, we offer garages upon request, although they are not included in the room rate.

Is Wi-Fi accessible and complimentary?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available and included in the room rate.

Are animals permitted?

We apologize, but unlike other properties that assert they "accept pets" while imposing limitations, we choose to be forthright and clear. We exclusively welcome human guests, as we aim to ensure that your pets do not face a constrained stay or incur additional fees.

We recognize that this policy may appear less inclusive to certain individuals, but we trust you will comprehend our perspective.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is prohibited in our apartment.

Despite this ban being clearly marked and displayed, some Guests still smoke!

We offer rooms with historic frescoes, clear and fragrant, so we want to offer all this to those who arrive after a “smoking” Guest.

Therefore, to protect all our Guests, we are forced to take drastic measures: Anyone who violates the ban will be required to pay €200,00 for the room's sanitation, after which they will be asked to find another place to stay.

There are open spaces where you can smoke freely.
